T’ít’q’et has been involved in economic activities for decades, from forestry to retail to tourism. The community has an abundance of knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm. There are also several local independent businesses run by members.
The main economic focus areas at present for T’ít’q’et are tourism, specifically involving Retasket Lodge and RV Park and Seton Lake cabins; agriculture and greenhouse development at McCartney’s Flat IR # 4; and property management, including both Aspen Planers and Superior Propane; industrial leases; and office space lease.
